Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce

Join Progress as a Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst and help propel business forward. In this hybrid role, you'll analyze, design, and implement effective solutions on the Salesforce platform. Partner with roles across Enterprise Applications and business stakeholders to turn business problems into elegant, maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years in a technical Salesforce role (Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Developer/Admin hybrid, or similar) in an enterprise or growth-stage SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience designing and implementing solutions to support pre-sales marketing and sales business processes (Lead to Opportunity processes). Sales Cloud configuration experience is a must.
• Demonstrated mastery of Salesforce configuration: Flows, Lightning App Builder, security model, profiles/permission sets, custom objects/fields, validation rules, page layouts, Experience Cloud, and reports/dashboards.
