Legal Assistant position at ProgressiveHealth Rehabilitation, Inc. providing foundational in-house legal and administrative support to the Legal team, with a focus on contract coordination, document management, and legal research.
Requirements
- Assist with preparation, processing, and tracking of standard contracts.
- Maintain and organize contract files, forms, and document repositories.
- Track contract statuses, expirations, and required follow-ups.
- Assist with basic legal and regulatory research and summarize findings for internal use.
- Assist with the management, auditing, maintenance, and updating of therapy and industrial forms and templates.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, HR, Finance, and Operations teams on document requests and workflows.
- Provide general administrative and organizational support to the Legal Department as needed.
