Job Description
Progyny is seeking a Client Success Intern to support the Client Success team, gain hands-on experience in client operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to ongoing Client Success initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and synthesize insights
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in client success, operations, or healthcare technology
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office tools
