Job Description
Seeking a Director, Healthcare Product Attorney to support new strategic initiatives and product development and commercial growth. The role will manage a team of two and drive measurable value, instill trust, and develop cross-functional relationships built on expert legal advice.
Requirements
- Coordinate and consult with Legal colleagues to ensure alignment across departmental initiatives
- Guide and advise Product, Engineering, Technology and other operational teams
- Draft, revise, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements
- Stay current on federal and state laws and regulations impacting Progyny products
- Provide solution-oriented legal advice and guidance to business stakeholders
