Seeking a Director of IT who balances visionary leadership with deep-rooted technical expertise to lead the IT department's roadmap, aligning technology investments with organizational growth while managing a team of technical specialists.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters in technical field or related experience
- 10 years in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of mentoring technical staff and managing vendor relationships
- Extensive hands-on experience as an individual contributor within the Microsoft ecosystem (Entra, Intune, Defender, and M365)
- Deep proficiency in automation tools like Power Automate or n8n development and a history of building custom business solutions
- The ability to manage and build in the Microsoft Azure cloud solution and integrate with our business processes
- Experience with compliance standards like SOC2, SOX, or other common control standards applied to technology systems
- The ability to translate complex technical vulnerabilities or architectural needs into clear business cases for executive leadership
- Team management experience with the ability to bring the best out of everyone on the team
