Job Description
We're looking for a Financial Operations Analyst, Revenue and Cash Conversion to drive transformative change within the Finance Operations group and the broader Finance team.
Requirements
- Manage invoicing and payment processes for Progyny's Employee Per Month (PEPM) clients and new products
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate client payments
- Analyze client payment trends and identify outstanding balances using tools such as Power BI dashboards, Unapplied Cash reports, Salesforce, and Intacct
