Job Description
SSG-Project 180 is seeking a Case Manager to provide wraparound, field-based services to a caseload of approximately 20 diversion clients. The Case Manager will foster strong collaborative relationships with external treatment providers and RDP court staff to support clients in achieving meaningful recovery goals and enhancing their utilization of community resources.
Requirements
- Experience working with culturally diverse populations
- Valid CA driver's license, proof of insurance and own vehicle
- Spanish speaking
- No legal supervision (probation or parole)
- Basic computer skills
