Job Description
A11 is seeking an experienced In-House Legal Counsel in Germany to lead legal, compliance, and governance functions for one of its Ecosystem Companies. The role involves advising leadership on legal matters, managing claims and disputes, and ensuring compliance with German laws. The company is scaling rapidly with a team of 80+ FTEs across Europe.
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist/in) or equivalent
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience from a leading law firm or in-house legal team
- Deep knowledge of German Contract Law (Vertragsrecht) and strong experience in Employment Law (Arbeitsrecht)
- Business-fluent in German and English
- Commercially sharp, pragmatic, and collaborative mindset
