Job Description
We are seeking an experienced legal expert to join our team in Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg. The role involves comprehensive contract law expertise, particularly in FIDIC contracts and German standards. The ideal candidate will manage the contract lifecycle, collaborate with external advisors, and ensure compliance in international environments. Requirements
- Legal science degree (Bachelor/Master) or comparable legal training
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role in UAE or Germany
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and notice periods
- Knowledge of German standard contracts (VOB/B and BGB)
- Understanding of trades, labor and HSE law
- Fluent German (C1-2)
- Negotiating skills
