We're looking for an experienced Senior Operations Analyst to join our client's Logistics, Fulfillment, and Supply Chain team. Requirements

• Develop and maintain regular reporting on key operational KPIs
• Manage and control all operational payments
• Track and monitor bonus-relevant KPIs
• Create and implement standardized operational controlling frameworks
• Collaborate with department heads to define and optimize operational KPIs
• Prepare reports on operational performance, cost controls, and financial health
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Recommend and implement process automation and system improvements
