A11 is looking for a VP Talent to lead the Talent Acquisition and People Strategy operations at one of their Ecosystem Companies. The role involves designing and scaling a world-class talent engine, building high-performance teams, and leveraging data and AI to drive measurable impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years in talent leadership, ideally in high-growth B2B tech, or tech-enabled operations environments
- Proven record of scaling teams 100 → 200+ with measurable ROIC on hiring quality, time, and retention
- Deep understanding of sourcing systems, ATS (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse), AI assistance for hiring, and employer branding across multiple markets
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable with dashboards, funnel analytics, and talent forecasting
- Experience building international teams and working with C-level executives
- Fluent communicator in English (German or another European language a plus)
- Naturally thrives in an office-only culture — believes that proximity builds speed, cohesion, and accountability
