Product Engineer, Services builds and evaluates LLM-enabled workflows that power PHM's services data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Production experience with TypeScript and Node.js (NestJS or similar backend frameworks)
• Familiarity with Next.js or comparable frontend frameworks — comfortable across the stack
• Interest in and aptitude for building LLM-powered workflows
• A measurement mindset: you think about how to know whether something is working before you build it
• Demonstrated adoption of AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent)
• Comfort working with messy, multi-source data
• A collaborative, low-ego working style
• A belief in our mission: connecting millions of Americans to mental health services that actually work for them
