Job Description
Project HOME's Residential Services Coordinator will provide collaborative recovery planning and follow through with residents and supports utilizing a recovery model. The role involves building relationships and fostering a sense of community, designing and implementing recovery plans, and referring residents to employment and education services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED and 4 years' experience with persons served
- Experience working with mentally ill/dually diagnosed clients and/or homeless population
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with teams
- Exhibits strong computer/technology literacy
