Fair Ridge - Residential Coordinator (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm)

The Residential Coordinator provides essential 24-hour awake coverage and supervision of a large Fairfax County emergency shelter for households with minor children. This position is responsible for crisis intervention, facilities management, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the front desk and maintaining a positive living environment within the shelter.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in human services field
• Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and team members
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed
