Job Description
The Porter I, On-Call position will collect and wash cooking equipment, bus and wash plates, cups, and silverware, and complete tasks as assigned from the kitchen’s master cleaning list.
Requirements
- Successful experience working in a commercial or industrial kitchen as a member of a team
- Training, understanding and experience with HACCP procedures
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English to facilitate communications in the kitchen
