Case Manager

The Case Manager is responsible for providing required assessments, case management, and delivery of service to clients in the 59th Street Women's Shelter.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, psychology, education, sociology, occupational or physical therapy, or other related human services fields
• Minimum of two years of experience in case management or related field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
