Intake Case Manager

The Intake Case Manager is responsible for providing required assessments, case management, and delivery of service to clients at the 59th Street Women's Shelter. The role assists clients in addressing dependencies and assumes control of their lives to live independently and return to permanent or alternative housing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, psychology, education, sociology, occupational or physical therapy, or other related human services fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Bilingual or multilingual a plus
