This is a full-time position at PRI, responsible for managing a caseload of 14 to 16 families in the Family Program, a Scatter Site Housing Program that provides housing to families leaving the shelter system. The case manager will conduct home and office visits, counsel clients, facilitate groups, and maintain accurate documentation.
