Job Description
The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner working in Mobile Health is responsible for the examination, diagnosis and the treatment of patients within the scope of the Health Center. Experience working with patients experiencing homelessness, substance use disorders and serious mental illness is preferred.
Requirements
- New York State NP License and Registration
- Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
- Experience in providing services to homeless and substance use population
- Demonstrated knowledge of health related concerns and experience in providing medical care in urban communities
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
