Construction Management Representative

Project Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Management Representative to support the National Park Service (NPS) in the rehabilitation of the historic A.G. Gaston Motel in Birmingham, Alabama. The role involves providing technical assistance and support to the CO during construction, reading and interpreting construction contract plans and specifications, and performing on-site inspections.

Requirements

• Minimum four (4) year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, Construction Management or other related field
• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant construction and/or engineering work experience in construction management
• Proven proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Strong communication and reporting skills, with a track record of timely coordination with Architecture/Engineering (A/E) teams and National Park Service (NPS) Contracting Officer’s Representatives to support quality control objectives
