Job Description
Join Project Solutions, Inc. as a Construction Management Representative to support a National Park Service project delivering new housing for park staff at Devils Tower National Monument. This role is contingent upon project award.
Requirements
- Provide technical assistance to CO during construction
- Read, interpret and understand construction contract plans and specifications
- Perform on-site inspections and document findings
- Review and process Construction Contractor's RFIs and assist in resolution
- Inspect the work of the construction contractor for progress, workmanship, quality and conformance with contract documents
- Review, analyze, and assist in preparing cost estimates
