Job Description
The Construction Management Representative will provide technical assistance and support to the Contracting Officer during construction, read and interpret construction contract plans and specifications, and inspect the work of the construction contractor for progress, workmanship, quality and conformance with contract documents, applicable building codes and safety standards.
Requirements
- Accredited degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of practical field experience
- OSHA 30-hour construction safety training
- Knowledge and experience with construction practices, including applicable building codes, applicable safety regulations, and cost estimating
- Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, and other specifications
- Written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of software, including MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, ProjectTeam, Primavera, and MS Project
- Valid driver's license
- Background check
