Requirements
- Proactively identify, approach, and attract top talent through LinkedIn and targeted sourcing strategies
- Build, maintain, and continuously grow a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on interviews and CV reviews
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates during the hiring process
- Collaborate closely with sales colleagues and hiring managers
- Manage recruitment administration and keep candidate data accurate and up to date
- Contribute to improving hiring processes, employer branding, and sourcing approaches
