Requirements

• Proactively identify, approach, and attract top talent through LinkedIn and targeted sourcing strategies
• Build, maintain, and continuously grow a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on interviews and CV reviews
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates during the hiring process
• Collaborate closely with sales colleagues and hiring managers
• Manage recruitment administration and keep candidate data accurate and up to date
• Contribute to improving hiring processes, employer branding, and sourcing approaches
