Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Advice/IT Consulting professional to support large customers and prospects in the DACH region, assist with the introduction of Projektron BCS, and provide technical knowledge of the software.
Requirements
- Support large customers and prospects (mainly in the DACH region)
- Assist with the introduction of Projektron BCS through requirement workshops, creation of task descriptions, installations, updates, and support
- Advising contacts through competent guidance on the conception of complex adaptations and interfaces
- Understanding customer wishes
- Supporting requirement collection and definition
- Configuring requirements in XML files that fit the needs
- Close collaboration with sales, providing technical knowledge of Projektron BCS in presentations and workshops
- Administering and application training in some cases
