Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team at Proliance Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing direct patient care, maintaining clinical supplies, and adhering to OSHA/WISHA guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program preferred, but not required with equivalent clinical experience
- Current Washington State Medical Assistant Certification required; Registered Medical Assistant status considered in lieu of certification
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medications
- Familiarity with or working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records a plus
- Basic computer knowledge and skills, including data entry
- Superior customer service skills
- Impeccable integrity
- Great interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience, compassion, empathy and the ability to work well with all types of people
