Job Description
We are the architects of the human data infrastructure that's reshaping the landscape of AI development. As Legal Counsel at Prolific, you'll lead our commercial contracting work and provide clear, pragmatic legal support across the business.
Requirements
- 5+ years PQE; US-qualified
- Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
- Confident engaging with counterparties across the UK, US, and Europe
- Experience supporting RFPs/tenders, ideally including public sector and academia
- Experience with labor and employment laws
- Ability to streamline contracting processes and develop playbooks, templates, and training
- Strong communicator able to translate legal issues clearly for non-legal stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently and under pressure, with excellent stakeholder management skills
