Strategic Projects Lead, Managed Services

We're seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to scope, design, and deliver complex human data projects. As a high-ownership, cross-functional role, you'll work directly with leading AI companies, researchers, and product teams to set up impactful, scalable pilots. You'll be responsible for project scoping and feasibility, project setup, design and operationalization of rater pipelines, running pilots and iterating, ensuring delivery excellence, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or customer-facing delivery roles
• Strong analytical and systems thinking abilities
• Comfortable working with technical stakeholders and learning new tools, platforms, or frameworks quickly
• Skilled at translating abstract problems into structured plans, and executing with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong project management and cross-functional influencing skills
• Excited by ambiguity, complexity, and building something new from scratch
• Curious and passionate about AI, data quality, and how humans contribute to responsible model development
