Associate, Energy Finance

The Associate will play a key role in supporting execution of renewable energy transactions and capital markets activities across the platform, contributing to underwriting of renewable energy assets, and providing strategic financial insights to the development team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in renewable energy transactions, project finance, structured finance, investment banking, or private equity
• Experience supporting or executing transactions involving debt, tax equity, and/or equity investments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering; MBA or CFA are a plus
