Job Description
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our Customer Experience Team at Prologis. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading activities related to getting properties customer-ready, working closely with leasing, property management, and maintenance teams, and building trusted partnerships with vendors, public agencies, and customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project management experience with a commercial general contractor, real estate owner, and/or the owner’s representative
- Aptitude for construction management, tenant improvement implementation or related educational background
- Experience or aptitude in Property Improvements, Roofing, Construction, Tenant Improvements and Renovations
- Proficient with or ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Ability to identify opportunities for upgrading and maximizing the value of real estate portfolios
