Operations Construction Manager responsible for ensuring properties are move-in ready, coordinating and leading activities related to getting a property customer-ready, identifying, coordinating and managing tenant and capital improvement projects. The role involves building trusted partnerships with vendors, public agencies, customers and internal teams to ensure timely and coordinated delivery of our spaces.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project management experience with a commercial general contractor, real estate owner, and/or the owner’s representative preferred
- Aptitude for construction management, tenant improvement implementation or related educational background suitable for learning the trade.
- Experience or aptitude in Property Improvements, Roofing, Construction, Tenant Improvements and Renovations
- Proficient in or ability to quickly learn new technologies (i.e. Excel, MS Project, Google Earth, ACAD viewer, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet)
- Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with construction/project management software.
