Job Description
At Prologis, we are seeking a Construction Manager Operations to join our Customer Experience Team. The role is responsible for coordinating and leading activities related to getting properties customer-ready, identifying, budgeting, and managing tenant and capital improvement projects. The Operations Construction Manager will work closely with leasing, property management, and maintenance teams to ensure our buildings remain best in class and our tenants receive world-class customer service.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Project management experience with a commercial general contractor, real estate owner, and/or the owner’s representative preferred
- Experience or aptitude in Property Improvements, Construction, Building systems (HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical, Plumbing), Roofing, Paving
- Proficient in or ability to quickly learn new technologies (i.e. Excel, MS Project, Google Earth, ACAD viewer, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering (Civil or Structural); or applicable and equivalent experience in the Construction Management field, Industrial Real Estate
