Construction Manager Operations

As the Operations Construction Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, budgeting, coordinating and managing tenant and capital improvement projects to ensure our properties are move-in ready.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project management experience
• Experience or aptitude in Property Improvements, Construction, Building systems
• Capable of presenting information in a customer-facing role
