Job Description
Prologis is seeking a Director, Customer Led Development (CLD), to support the sourcing, structuring, and execution of complex Build-to-Suit developments and land acquisitions for Prologis’ top customers across the Central Region.
Requirements
- 7+ years minimum relevant experience
- 5 years minimum experience in supporting and leading complex industrial acquisitions and developments
- Experience in structuring industrial Build-to-Suit and speculative leases, land purchases and entitlements
- Able to travel approximately 40% of the time
