Director, Customer Led Development – East Region

Prologis is seeking a Director, Customer Led Development to support the sourcing, structuring, and execution of complex Build-to-Suit developments and land acquisitions for Prologis' top customers across the East Region.

Requirements

• 7+ years minimum relevant experience in industrial acquisitions and developments
• 5 years minimum experience in supporting and leading complex industrial acquisitions and developments
• Experience in structuring industrial Build-to-Suit and speculative leases, land purchases and entitlements
• Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time
• Promote a solution-minded approach to development and acquisitions
