Operations Construction Manager

At Prologis, we are seeking an Operations Construction Manager to join our Customer Experience Team (CET). As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing tenant and capital improvement projects, working closely with leasing, property management, and maintenance teams to ensure our buildings remain best in class and our tenants receive world-class customer service.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project management experience with a commercial general contractor, real estate owner, and/or the owner’s representative preferred
• Aptitude for construction management, tenant improvement implementation or related educational background suitable for learning the trade.
• Experience or aptitude in Property Improvements, Roofing, Construction, Tenant Improvements and Renovations
