Senior Operations Construction Manager

Prologis is looking for a Senior Operations Construction Manager to lead a team of Operations Construction Managers in the Dallas market. The role is responsible for ensuring properties are move-in ready, managing construction projects, and building relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project management experience with a commercial general contractor, real estate owner, and/or the owner's representative preferred
• Aptitude for construction management, tenant improvement implementation or related educational background suitable for learning the trade.
• Proficiency in Property Improvements, Roofing, Construction, Tenant Improvements and Renovations
