Property Manager

As a Property Manager at Prologis, you will manage customer relationships, oversee move-in and move-out processes, and coordinate repairs or maintenance. You will also identify additional revenue opportunities and own strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial/commercial real estate experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple properties
• Proactive and responsive customer service skills
• Adaptability to change and willingness to take on new initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and mathematical skills
• Experience with property transitions, portfolio acquisitions, or company mergers
