Requirements

• Manage customer relationships
• Provide clear and accessible communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities
• Oversee move-in and move-out processes
• Perform inspections and coordinate repairs or maintenance
• Identify additional revenue opportunities
• Use technical tools to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights
• Proficient in lease analysis and lease administration skills
• Negotiate and manage service agreements
• Prepare financial reports
• Adapt to change and take on new company initiatives
• Build meaningful relationships with customers and stakeholders
