Prologis is looking for a Property Manager to join their Customer Experience Team in the Inland Empire Market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, overseeing move-in and move-out processes, and identifying additional revenue opportunities. The role requires 5+ years of industrial/commercial real estate experience and a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- Manage customer relationships by providing clear and accessible communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities.
- Oversee move-in and move-out processes, perform inspections, and coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Anticipate customer needs to provide proactive solutions.
- Identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating an expert understanding of Prologis value-added products and services and aligning them to customer needs.
- Use technical tools to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights.
- Proficient in lease analysis and lease administration skills.
- Highly developed negotiation and management skills to ensure safe/well maintained properties through competitively bid service agreements.
- Strong financial reporting background to ensure budget and financial goals are met for the portfolio.
