Prologis is seeking a Property Manager to join their Customer Experience Team in Denver. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, overseeing move-in and move-out processes, and identifying revenue opportunities. Requirements
- Manage customer relationships by providing clear and accessible communication of terms, conditions, and responsibilities
- Oversee move-in and move-out processes, perform inspections, and coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Ability to identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating an expert understanding of Prologis value-added products and services
- Must be able to own and maintain strong, long-term relationships with portfolio of customers
- Ability to use technical tools to gather data/metrics and develop customer insights
- Proficient in lease analysis and lease administration skills
- Strong financial reporting background to ensure budget and financial goals are met for the portfolio
- Strong negotiation and management skills to ensure safe/well maintained properties through competitively bid service agreements
