Job Description
ProMach is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead the service team and improve customer service expectations. The role involves coordinating Field Service activities, scheduling, and providing technical support.
Requirements
- 3-5 years industrial machinery service experience
- Excellent technical skills (mechanical and electrical)
- Proficient Windows-based knowledge, MS Office Suite, ERP software, CRM software
- Team player with good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
