Vice President of Operations

ProMach is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence in a growing company.

Requirements

• 8-10 years’ manufacturing/operations experience, with proven success in a related leadership position in an automation manufacturing environment;
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or applicable discipline required, Master’s degree preferred;
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written and oral) to ensure successful interactions within all levels of the ProMach organization;
