Job Description
ProMach is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead their organization through the next phase of growth. The successful candidate will provide direction and daily oversight of cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality packaging equipment on time and within budget, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and safety.
Requirements
- 8-10 years' manufacturing/operations experience, with proven success in a related leadership position in an automation manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or applicable discipline required, Master's degree preferred
- Strong managerial expertise involving manufacturing-based problem solving, personnel management, and employee morale development
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written and oral) to ensure successful interactions within all levels of the ProMach organization
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel software applications and knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
