As a Floating Maintenance Supervisor, also known as an SOS Neighborhood Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the physical operations of the assigned neighborhood, including maintenance, budget management, and staff supervision. You will be part of the SOS Team, which is responsible for floating management, leasing, and maintenance support across the residential portfolio.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in apartment maintenance
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work on-call and be available to help the team and neighborhood
- High school diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local governing laws
