Maintenance Supervisor (Sonter & Holloway)

Prometheus is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Neighborhood Service Manager) to lead physical operations of the Neighborhood, preserving and maintaining property. The role requires establishing positive relationships with Neighborhood staff, managing budget, and upholding company policies.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in apartment maintenance
• Minimum 5 years' experience and/or training in apartment maintenance
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work on-call and lift up to 50 lbs.
