Job Description
Test Center Manager is the face of Prometric in test centers around the world, managing all aspects of testing facilities, financial practices, personnel, and maintaining set policies and guidelines to uphold the highest standard for exam integrity.
Requirements
- Manage all aspects of testing facilities, financial practices, personnel, and maintain set policies and guidelines
- Plan regular staff schedules and supervise Test Center Administrators
- Hire and train new Test Center Administrators
- Responsible for security procedures and identification of test candidates
- Represent the organization with professionalism
