Prometric is a leading provider of technology-enabled testing and assessment solutions. As a Test Center Manager, you will serve as the face of Prometric, managing test centers, financial practices, personnel, and maintaining policies and guidelines to uphold exam integrity.

Requirements

• Ensure test center facilities, operations, and performance meet Prometric standards
• Supervise Test Center Administrators and manage staff schedules
• Educate staff on key performance levers and coach them to achieve targets
• Responsible for hiring, training, and reviewing staff
• Operate security systems, manage keys, and represent the organization with professionalism
