Tegra Analytics seeks a Manager, Incentive Compensation & Commercial Analytics to lead strategic partnerships with life sciences clients and drive data-enabled performance, commercial effectiveness, and long-term value realization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Life Sciences, Analytics, or related field
- Experience with incentive compensation, field force effectiveness, sales operations, or commercial analytics
- Proven experience supporting life sciences commercial sales operations (pharma, biotech, medical device)
- Deep understanding of commercial operations and the use of analytics to drive performance and decision-making
- Strong background in incentive compensation design and administration
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client-facing projects
- Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level engagement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
- Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and adaptability
