Job Description
Prominence Advisors is seeking a Recruiter to join their team, partnering closely with leadership and hiring managers to support hiring strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical recruiting within healthcare or consulting environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong focus on technical recruiting within healthcare or consulting environments
- Deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape
- Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to hiring managers
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced talent sourcing tools and techniques
- Experience leveraging recruiting metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
