Job Description
Prompt is transforming healthcare by providing highly automated, state-of-the-art software to rehabilitation therapy businesses, their teams, and the patients they serve. The Healthcare Data and Business Analyst will analyze healthcare data, generate actionable insights, support clients on the Prompt BI platform, and spearhead sales efforts for the Prompt BI platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Solutions Analyst within the healthcare software or services industry.
- Deep fluency in the healthcare industry, specifically around Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), outpatient rehabilitation, and healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA).
- Expert-level proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, reporting, and data manipulation.
- Strong familiarity with Excel and supporting BI/data tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing, solutions-oriented, or pre-sales environment.
- Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored, data-driven solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
